By subscribing or using FlowFiix, you consent to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Business Information
  • Business name, address, and contact details
  • Working hours, booking links, and scheduling preferences
Caller Information
  • Caller ID (name and phone number)
  • Call audio, transcripts, and related booking or message data
Billing Information
  • Payment data processed securely by Stripe
  • FlowFiix does not store or access your full payment details
Technical Information
  • Call volume, timestamps, and usage logs for billing and quality purposes
  • Browser, device, or connection data if you access web dashboards
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
  • Operate and manage your AI voice receptionist
  • Schedule appointments, log calls, and route messages
  • Calculate monthly call totals and apply usage-based overage fees
  • Communicate service updates, invoices, or support messages
  • Ensure compliance with our Terms of Service
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information under any circumstances.
4. Data Sharing
FlowFiix uses secure, trusted third-party providers to operate:

5. Call Data, Usage, and Overage Tracking
FlowFiix tracks inbound call volume and duration solely to calculate your plan usage and overage fees:
  • Standard Plan: Includes 200 calls per month at $349.99/month
  • Pro Plan: Includes 400 calls per month at $499.99/month
  • Overages: Each additional call beyond your included limit is billed at $1 per call and charged automatically via Stripe
We maintain internal call logs (not public) to ensure accuracy and transparency in billing.
Call recordings or transcripts may be stored temporarily for support or training purposes and are automatically deleted within 30 days.
6. Data Retention
  • Business and configuration data are retained while your account is active.
  • Upon cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days for recordkeeping, then securely deleted.
  • You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing flowfiix@proton.me.
7. Data Security
We protect your data using encryption (TLS/SSL), restricted access controls, and vendor-level cloud security.
While no system is completely immune to risk, FlowFiix takes reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of your data.
8. Your Rights
You may:
  • Request access to or deletion of your stored data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request a full account and data purge

9. Children’s Privacy
FlowFiix is intended for business use only and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from minors.
