5. Call Data, Usage, and Overage Tracking
FlowFiix tracks inbound call volume and duration solely to calculate your plan usage and overage fees:

Standard Plan: Includes 200 calls per month at $349.99/month

Pro Plan: Includes 400 calls per month at $499.99/month

Overages: Each additional call beyond your included limit is billed at $1 per call and charged automatically via Stripe
We maintain internal call logs (not public) to ensure accuracy and transparency in billing.
Call recordings or transcripts may be stored temporarily for support or training purposes and are automatically deleted within 30 days.
6. Data Retention

Business and configuration data are retained while your account is active.

Upon cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days for recordkeeping, then securely deleted.

You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing flowfiix@proton.me.
7. Data Security
We protect your data using encryption (TLS/SSL), restricted access controls, and vendor-level cloud security.
While no system is completely immune to risk, FlowFiix takes reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of your data.
